Sam Graham is a Managing Director of RLB in the Middle East, based in RLB’s Dubai office. Sam is responsible for the overall management of the RLB offices in the UAE and Qatar, with a focus on project leadership, business development and client relationships. Since joining RLB in 1998, Sam has been providing expert advice to clients with a specific expertise in executive cost consultancy, conceptual cost planning, commercial management, and cost management of major projects. Sam’s extensive experience covers a variety of sectors including retail, commercial, residential, industrial, health, hotels and leisure.
